(San Francisco, California)…The Emergency Fuel Adjustment Surcharge and the Emission Control Area Surcharge will change as follows:
- Effective April 1, 2016, the Emergency Fuel Adjustment Surcharge (EFAF) will decrease from U$ 332/20’ to U$ 200/20’ and from U$ 664/40’ to U$ 400/40’.
- Effective April 10, 2016, the Emission Control Area Surcharge (ECA) will increase from U$ 23/20’ to U$ 25/20’ and from U$ 46/40’ to U$ 50/40’.
These revised charges will apply for all cargo received by the carrier at above indicated dates.
Tariff as well as existing service contracts will be subject to this charge.
The Emergency Fuel Surcharge and the Emission Control Area Surcharge will continue to be monitored on a quarterly calendar basis and adjustments will be made following review period, with appropriate notice given to the trade.
