We always strive to provide you with the best service possible customized to your needs. To do so, we need your honest feedback! This is particularly important in the COVID-19 era, as your needs have been more likely to change in these challenging times.

To receive your valuable feedback, we conduct our customer satisfaction survey each quarter. If you are among the randomly selected customers who receive an invitation*, we appreciate if you could take this survey which is open until April 16.

It will only take you about 7 minutes, and your answers will be kept strictly confidential. Please keep in mind that the more detailed your answers are, the better we understand what changes are needed to serve you even better.

Plus, donating has never been easier! As a token of our appreciation for your feedback, we will keep donating USD 5 for each completed survey to a charity in participating countries. You can find the full list of participating countries and nominated charities here.

In 2020, an overall sum of more than 33,000 USD was donated by Hamburg Süd to selected charities in return for the responses received. "We would like to specially thank our customers who participated in 2020 and at the same time encourage all our customers to give us further feedback," says Pamela Vosen, Customer Insight Manager.
